As an independent yoga instructor I have the freedom to design a personalized, flexible approach to yoga that truly meets the unique needs of each individual. I’m passionate about helping women connect with their bodies and minds through yoga. I offer both private one-on-one sessions and group classes, each designed to meet different needs and goals.

Private One-on-One Sessions
In my private yoga sessions, you’ll receive personalized guidance and a practice tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you’re looking for physical strength, mental clarity, stress relief, or emotional balance, I create a session that supports your unique journey.

What to Expect:

  • Personalized Practice: I begin each session with a conversation to understand your goals and any specific needs or concerns (e.g., injuries, stress, or mental health challenges).
  • Adaptable Styles: I teach a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, and Yin. Depending on what you need, we’ll blend these styles to create a unique flow.
  • Holistic Approach: Sessions often include pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, mantras, and sometimes essential oils to enhance your experience.
  • Hands-on Adjustments: I take a hands-on approach to ensure proper alignment and deeper connection in your practice.
